7.Curated by the house, not by the crowd.!!

The problem: A guide is only as good as the reason each place is in it.
The options: User reviews and ratings; a creator's picks imported wholesale; one house curator with named sources for every place.
The move: One curator. A creator's posts can lead to a place, but the copy is written new, the place is checked against independent sources, and the creator is named only in the research notes.
What we accepted: The library grows only as fast as it can be checked. No scores anywhere in the app.
When we would revisit: When the library passes what one curator can keep current, the answer is more curators with the same bar, not reviews.
